Hi, I’m Chiedu Hing and I want you to flourish!

HOW I WORK

Through coaching, professional development and mindfulness training, I help people regain balance, energy, and control over their work lives. This holistic approach bridges the gap between physical and mental wellbeing. My life experiences, skills  and qualifications  have enriched my understanding of what it takes to succeed at work. I have developed a number of strategies which I use as “tools for transformation” in supporting my clients to overcome stressful challenges and feel great again.

As a speaker and trainer, I realise professionals often ignore their stress and don’t take care of themselves. In my talks I bring energy,  passion and enthusiasm to individuals get clear about their health, stress and how to manage it.

01. MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

Oxford Mindfulness Centre acknowledges “the promise of mindfulness interventions in enhancing wellbeing and human capital”. This practice allows employees to feel more calm and focused in high-pressure situations and thus make better decisions. They begin to feel more present, can better empathise with their colleagues and together find solutions to problems.

02. NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS

Food can really affect our day-to-day productivity. Meet Chiedu Hing

INSPIRATION

My Career started in 2000 in the legal and financial services sector. Over the years, I have seen colleagues develop a number of  stress related conditions, which had a knock on effect on team morale and corporate culture.

I owe my deep interest in holistic health to my son. He developed chronic eczema and allergies at three years old and struggled in his first years at school. This left me exhausted whilst maintaining a full time job. Frustrated with the lack of support from our GP, I decided to find an alternative solution.

Through a combination of hard research, lifestyle changes and the support of a naturopath, my son’s condition significantly improved and so did his mental wellbeing. This  made me realise the importance of the mind-body connection and I made a decision to take this further with committed learning and self development.

My skills and qualifications are essential to the success of my work and I keep this update with continuing professional development.
